VB-1500 Downdraft Dust Collector

The Parker VB Benchtop Downdraft Filtration Unit is a stationary self-contained source capture extraction system for intermittent use. The VB 1500 downdraft bench provides a worktop area of 48.5" wide and 24" deep with a downflow of 1500 CFM and is specifically designed for applications where workers need an integrated collection area and work surface that also draws contaminants downward and away from the worker’s breathing zone then traveling through a filtration media to remove particles entrained in the airstream before returning the clean air back into the work space. Model VB is ideal for grinding and finishing operations of small parts and components. This self-contained system is the perfect choice for economical and efficient dust collection. Typical applications include the extraction of fume, soldering smoke, bulk powders and other miscellaneous dusts. The Parker VB downdraft filtration units are constructed with mild steel and are fully powder coated to protect from the harsh industrial production environments. The VB series is available in 3 HP and voltages including 208V/3P/60H, 230V/3P/60H and 460V/3P/60H. On board are the controls for fan operation, a filter pressure indicator and manual or automatic filter pulse cleaning system using an outside compressed air source that is plugged into the unit. There are several filtration medias available including, a filter monitor gauge, HEPA and carbon after filters to handle the most difficult dust and particulates.
