SHM - Stationary Floor mount media mist collector

The SmogHog SHM Floor is a self-contained mist collector designed using long-life PEACH filters that are a coalescing filter with an open 3-D depth matrix structure which allows liquids to saturate the media depth and grow to fullest potential then drain with gravity when the droplet is ready, all while maintaining a low differential pressure. The media is a synthetic blend engineered specifically for capturing and draining oil mist and coolant contaminants. The multi-layer media features a special, thermally bonded gradient density fiber structure so the media stays strong, but open during operation for optimized performance. The allows for high efficiency, extended service life and low-pressure losses. The SHM Floor mist collector that can be connected to a single machining center or connected to multiple machines with a properly designed, leak proof duct system. The SHM Floor is available with 95% O/M or HEPA after filters, it uses an energy efficiency 460V/3P/60H blower (optional 230V/3P/60H) unit(s) providing 1,000 to 6,000 CFM. To provide effortless and floor level control, a touchscreen HMI LCD is mounted in a separate control box affixed to the side of the SHM Floor. Main and after filters and accessories must be ordered separately.
