Parker's insert type shuttle valves can handle flows up to 38 lpm (10 gpm) and 420 bar (6000 psi) in a compact size that is meant to be countersunk inside manifolds in order to optimize manifold size and complexity. These are available as either a poppet or ball type, with the higher flow limitation on the poppet design, and higher pressure on the ball design. These reliable insert shuttle valves function similar to the cartridge style valves, but give the advantage of being able to mount without being seen or increasing manifold surface area.

Markets:
• Aerial
• Construction Equipment
• Forestry Equipment
• Material Handling Equipment
• Miscellaneous Industrial
• Miscellaneous Manufacturing
• Miscellaneous Mobile

Features/Benefits:
• Compact, cost effective design
• Ball type construction for maximum durability
• Minimal leakage - less than 3 drops/min.
• Contamination tolerant
• Hardened working parts for maximum durability
• All external parts zinc plated

Applications:
• Load Sensing

Additional Technical Insight:
This is a compact insert low leakage shuttle valve which selects the highest pressure from two inputs.
