Wellhead Grease Fittings, High Pressure Lubrication and Sealant Series

Parker PGI’s High Pressure Lubrication and Sealant Wellhead Grease Fittings feature a variety of styles. The Blowdown, Lubricant (Sealant), and Packing Injection Fitting Styles come with a 9/16"" Autoclave style thread for service to 20,000 psi and feature a unique 316 SS floating cone with an O-Ring and backup ring which prevent galling of the valve seat and prevent leakage through the threads.  

The Blowdown Fitting Style with 1/2” NPT for service to 10,000 psi features a heavy-duty radial rivet crimp which provides the best “blow-out” protection of any available crimped style fitting. The radial rivet crimp process conforms to the latest revision of NACE when manufactured with 316 SS or 4140 body material.  This fitting also features the Positive Flow Ball Support design which directs the flow of the lubricant and/or sealant through the center of the spring without passing through the spring coil, reducing the tendency to “pack-off.” The Positive Flow Ball Support is available in many other fitting styles.
