UHP PFA Tube Fusion Bond Fittings (sizes up to 1 inch) – Tubebond Series
*PRODUCT IMAGE IS REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. DO NOT MAKE BUYING DECISIONS SOLEY BASED ON THE IMAGE. PLEASE VERIFY SPECIFICATIONS MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Tubebond Series PFA Tube Fusion Bond Fittings offer extremely high leak integrity, making them ideal for use in ultra-high purity (UHP) semiconductor manufacturing applications, including fab tubing runs and tool connections. The fittings provide a stronger tube connection than conventional fittings and are ideal for systems that do not require removable components and/or have lower pressure requirements that may not require PFA pipe.
Tubebond Series fittings are available in a variety of sizes (1/4 inch to 1 inch) and configurations (elbow, tee or reducer) to meet the unique requirements of customers’ systems. They are fabricated from semiconductor-grade PFA material and can be welded directly to PFA tubing, thus ensuring a reliable, leak free connection with minimal particle entrapment.
The fittings can be used with both inert and corrosive process fluids and serve as an economical method of eliminating tube union leak points in applications where cleanliness is critical.
