PUREFood Hose Series 7640

As part of Parker’s PURE Food and Beverage Hose line, PUREFood Series 7640 is a high quality and flexible delivery and suction hose. Our color coded hose allows for simple product selection and is built to withstand harsh processing applications, where hoses are subject to multiple cycles of sanitary cleaning methods, like clean-in-place (CIP) a simplification process using aggressive cleaning agents and high temperatures to maintain sanitary conditions. Produced on stainless steel mandrels the clean innertube is made of FDA-compliant materials and applied in a seamless manner to eliminate voids or gaps where bacteria could accumulate. This series is designed to convey cooking oils and fat, dairy products, and oily sauces. The tube material consists of premium nitrile (NBR). Series 7640 is also offered with a PRO corrugated cover (Series 7640P) containing an additional external thermoplastic helix.
