Parker Stratoflex offers precision check and relief valve designs for select applications where critical performance is required to meet specific requirements for today’s aircraft systems.
Stratoflex precision check valves provide proven aircraft-service reliability in oil and hydraulic system applications featuring high reliability, excellent sealing and crack pressures, efficient small-envelope size and light weight with low pressure drop to provide the right solution where the industry standard valves are not able to meet specific system requirements.
Select pressure relief valves configurations provide reliable crack and resealing capability with efficient size and weight to meet specific system applications where performance is required.
Consult Parker Stratoflex with specific requirements and for available product information which may meet your application needs.
APPLICATIONS:
Parker Stratoflex precision check and relief valves are currently used on aerospace system applications for engine oil, hydraulic, and fuel applications where customer specifications demand performance. Program applications include Boeing’s 777 and 787 aircraft, plus additional platforms for both military and commercial jets.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
• Precision sealing, very low or no leakage, including soft seal and metal-to-metal sealing
• Designed and qualified to meet specific application requirements
• Efficient size and flow rate combination for with low pressure drop valving design
• Light weight design
• Proven service history and reliability
• Primary construction in stainless steel
FEATURES AND ATTRIBUTES:
Qualified to meet specific customer requirements including fluid, pressure, flow rate, pressure drop, crack and reseat capabilities for aircraft system applications requiring high reliability and precision performance.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
The relief valve feature can be incorporated in the Parker Stratoflex Quick Disconnect Couplings (QDC) for applications which may require pressure and fluid relief for the certain system applications when the relief feature needs to function on the uncoupled QDC half.
