Portable Filtration Unit - GLFTrolley

Hydraulic or lubricating oil fluid should always be filtered before being put into use. New fluids are not necessarily clean. Most new fluids (right out of the drum or container) are unfit for use due to high initial contamination levels. Contamination may be added to a new fluid during processing, mixing, handling and storage.
The Parker GLFTrolley is CE marked and fully compliant with the following directives: EU Machinery Directive (MD) (2006/42/EC), Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC) (2014/30/EU) and The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) 2002/95/EC.
The Parker GLFTrolley units are available with two flow options:
• 40 l/min for normal viscosity fluids (up to 250cSt oil at operating temperature)
• 20 l/min for high viscosity fluids (up to 400cSt at operating temperature)
Filtration in the GLFTrolley is based on the top loaded GLF iProtect® return line filter minimizing the spillage during element change. GLF iProtect® filters have patented element construction maximizing the dirt holding capacity and efficiency offering several filtration grades. The standard filter element fineness is 10 micron with bypass setting of 3.5bar. For other filter element options please contact your local Parker representative or see product catalogue. The filter is equipped with visual pressure gauge to monitor the condition of the element during the operation.
GLFTrolley is equipped with removable drip tray to secure safe and clean operation.
Units include the cords with both EU and UK type electrical plug.
The GLFTrolley is available with 3-way valve to allow bypassing the filter when empty the reservoir from used oil reducing the need of replacing the element. This option is available for both flow rate versions.
As an option GLFTrolley is also available with iPD particle detection unit for enhanced monitoring of the hydraulic system. The max viscosity for the unit with iPD mounted is limited to 108cSt.
GLFTrolleys without particle detector have 850 micron pre-filter to protect the pump from bigger particles. The units with particle detection unit have finer prefilter with 125 micron mounted.
