Parker Aerospace oil level indicators are used in any place with fluid storage (reservoir, tank, or gearbox) to reliably indicate single-point or multi-point readings of oil level. These are electrical sensors of reed-switch design that include an aluminum or non-metallic float with a magnet.

The oil level indicators have high reliability. They are individually designed for each particular interface and application. This custom design includes electric connector interface and flange mount to bolt onto fluid reservoir. The robust switch is potted, with wires isolated, so that components are protected.

This technology can apply to any fluid storage and Parker does supply indicators for fuel and water applications.

APPLICATIONS:
This technology is used on turbine engine lubrication systems on all types of aircraft.
