NITROSource Compact nitrogen gas generators from Parker produce a totally on-demand nitrogen gas supply from a standard factory compressed air supply. A safe and reliable alternative to delivered gas options, the compact and lightweight modular design provides a consistent and easy to maintain solution for low to medium flow rate on-site gas requirements.
The NITROSource Compact nitrogen gas generator range offers an efficient and cost-effective on-site solution to meet the demanding needs of various industries and processes. Utilising state of the art Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and the highest quality Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS), the NITROSource Compact generates high purity nitrogen gas directly from ambient air, eliminating the need for costly and logistically complex methods of nitrogen gas supply such as high-pressure gas cylinders and bulk liquid.
The system is designed to deliver consistent nitrogen purities ranging from 95% to 99.999% catering to any requirement, this not only ensures product quality and safety but also enhances operational efficiency and reduces downtime. In addition, the compact, lightweight, modular design offers an easy to maintain solution that will offer more than 10 years’ service life proving it is maintained in-line with Parker’s recommendations.
