LQC, Liquid Cooling CDU Quick Disconnects - CDT Series
*PRODUCT IMAGE IS REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. DO NOT MAKE BUYING DECISIONS SOLEY BASED ON THE IMAGE. PLEASE VERIFY SPECIFICATIONS MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
CDT Series quick disconnect couplings, developed in collaboration with OCP is a critical component within the data center liquid cooling architecture. Both plugs and sockets are interoperable and interchangeable with other OCP-approved LQC manufacturers. Parker's CDT is compliant with V2 performance and testing specification requirements. The threaded design provides mechanical advantage for connecting under pressure, while the flat face valving automatically shuts to prevent spillage.
These QDs are manufactured with high-quality stainless steel and are available in a wide range of port configurations to be deployed across several designs of rack manifolds, flexible hoses, and IT gears.
Parker’s CDT series products are assembled and tested in a clean room environment to reduce contamination, with final assemblies tested to a helium-leak specification to ensure robust assembly and trusted quality.
Technical Characteristics:
- Sizes: 1”
- Materials: Stainless Steel
- Port Ends: Male ORB
- Seal Material: EPDM
- V2 Compliant
Markets & Applications:
- Information Technology
- Electronics
- Data Centers
- Supercomputers
- Liquid Cooling
- Servers
- Rackable Server Systems
