The Conflow Code 850 Series - Stainless Steel Socket Head Drum Sprays provide a wide range of spray forms for pick flushing on cutting drums. To assist the customer’s application we have a wide choice of orifice diameter, screw thread and spray form allows for the many different types of spray required. Having listened to many customers we have a socket design that allows the spray head to be set flush into the housing or the valve itself for maximum protection against damage.

Another innovation is a nylon male/female insert which can be fitted between spray and vane to enable easier removal and replacement of the sprays. An option is available which incorporates a split pin to prevent spray blockage, increasing uptime of the spray assembly.
