Field Attachable Fitting Tools

Parker's wide range of Field Attachable Fitting Tools enable users to efficiently assemble some of Parker's most popular fittings onto the hose without the use of a crimper, dramatically reducing installation time.
The four types of field attachable fittings that Parker manufactures that can be used in conjunction with these tools:
• Two-Piece
• Three-Piece Mandrel Style
• Barb Type with Clamp
• Barb Type - Push-On (Push-Lok Fittings)
Note: It is important to follow the safety guide instructions when using field attachable fittings and tools on page E-57 of Parker's Hose Products Division Catalog 4400.
Mandrel Tool Kit - 22 Series:
Parker's 22 Series Mandrel Tool Kit is for assembly of Parker 22 Series field attachable fittings. This version of the Mandrel Tool Kit is designed for JIC 37° flared fittings and SAE 45° fittings. The following sizes are included in the kit: -4, -5, -6, -8, -10 and -12.
Mandrel Tool Kit - 23 Series:
Parker's 23 Series Mandrel Tool Kit is for assembly of Parker 23 Series field attachable fittings. This version of the Mandrel Tool Kit is designed for JIC 37° flared fittings. The following sizes are included in the kit: -4, -5, -6, -8, -10, -12, and -16.
Mandrels - 25 Series:
This version of Parker's Mandrel Tool Kit is for assembly of Parker 25 Series field attachable fittings for use with 271 transportation hose. These assembly mandrels can be used with a common bench vise or on the TH2-7 push-on stand.
Assembly Tools - 22 Series:
These Assembly Tools from Parker are for assembly of Parker 22 Series field attachable fittings. The following sizes are included in the kit: -16, -20, -24, -32.
