CDB Series quick disconnect couplings are a critical component within the data center liquid cooling architecture. designed and optimized to serve as blindmate, CDU connectors for modular pump and sidecar applications for data center liquid cooling. They are ideal for hot-swapping large pumps or CDUs in tight locations and feature a floating element that addresses misalignment due to tolerance stack.
These QDs are manufactured with high-quality stainless steel and are available in a wide range of port configurations to be deployed across several designs of rack manifolds, flexible hoses, and IT gears.
Parker’s CDB series products are assembled and tested in a clean room environment to reduce contamination, with final assemblies tested to a helium-leak specification to ensure robust assembly and trusted quality.
