CDAS HL/LE 100-170 Large Flow Heatless Regeneration Compressed Air Treatment System

Parker CDAS Clean Dry Air Systems deliver clean, dry compressed air in accordance with all editions of ISO 8573-1, the international standard for compressed air quality. They are energy efficient and can provide pressure dewpoints of ≤-70°C, ≤-40°C or ≤-20°C at flow rates between 408 m³/hr and 2040 m³/hr @ 7 barg, 35°C for a single bank, higher flows available with multi-banking.
Using clean, dry compressed air improves productivity whilst reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Many products claim to provide this, however CDAS Clean Dry Air Systems provide high levels of compressed air purity with 3rd party validated performance in accordance with international standards.

• Supplied with 4 Stages of purification, treating 7 of the 10 main compressed air contaminants (9 with optional liquid separator)
• Constant outlet dewpoint in accordance with ISO 8573-1 classes 1, 2 or 3 for water vapour
• Clean, dry purge air used for regeneration
• Dryer tested in accordance with ISO 7183
• Dewpoint performance 3rd party validated by LRQA
• HL models utilise standard Heatless PSA methodology for desiccant regeneration
• LE models utilise Low Energy vacuum assisted heatless methodology for desiccant regeneration (on average 64% more energy efficient than HL equivalent)
• No heat required for regeneration
• Inlet pressure, temperature and outlet dewpoint measurement as standard
• Colour HMI touch screen for dryer monitoring and outlet dewpoint display
• Two energy saving systems included as standard: Purge Economy (compressor synchronization) and DDS-EST dewpoint dependant switching
• Web Server for dryer monitoring via local area network (LAN)
• MODBUS TCP/IP & MODBUS RTU
